Miley Cyrus talked about her love life and new BFF Taylor Swift in the upcoming issue of J-14. Miley hesitates talking about her men because
she actually does care what people think:

'I follow my heart instead of my head. For example. I may realize this guy I''m seeing is probably not the best guy for me, but he's just, like, so good-looking! And even though I have what everyone is telling me about him in the back of my mind, sometimes I just ignore what people say.'
